Lighter periods off the pill?!
I went off the pill in January after being in it for 15 years.
Since being off the pill, I noticed that my periods are actually lighter and I don’t really bleed red blood. It’s there a little bit but it’s mostly brown.
I still get the cramps and pain the first day it comes, but it’s so much lighter. Kind of worries me...anyone else experience this?!
