What are the chances?

We have been trying for 2 years now to have our second child, and rainbow babe..

we finally started using OPKS again as they irritated me last time.. I finally got a positive on CD 24 and 25!! We BD all those days and days after... I guess what I’m asking is, are my chances higher of conceiving if we got a positive opk? I know you don’t always ovulate just because of a positive but I know I did, because my breasts hurt immediately after my Surge went down..
