Spotting on Week 3 of Birth Control???

I have started VERY LIGHTLY spotting today and I am on week 3 of my birth control pack. I did take my pill 2 hours late last night but that is my only mess up for awhile. I have been on this pill for 10 months so I feel like break through bleeding would have already occurred. I am just paranoid I might be pregnant and this is implantation bleeding. My boyfriend did not pull out when we had sex 2 weeks ago but besides then, he never cums inside of me. Anyone have any ideas what’s going on? Should I get a test or am I over thinking everything?
