Is it normal for some days your boobs to hurt and some not at all? Today not hurting at all and it worries me. Doesn't help I had a dream I started bleeding last night and makes me worry. I'm 4weeks 3days

I’m glad you posted this because I did too last night lol. My boobs suddenly just completely stopped hurting! Everyone’s telling me it’s totally normal for symptoms to come and go.
