What’s the point of having a lot of money

If you have so much money like billions, what’s the point of it

I feel like having enough money to cover your needs and keep you privileged with some excess is great

But what is the point of having so much money in your bank account if you’re just going to die anyway

Yes you can do a lot of charity which I would totally do if I had that kind of money also you can have so many privileges but if there’s always excess what’s the point

does money even have meaning if you have too much of it
