Round ligament pain or pulled muscle
Anyone have an opinion on if this could be rl pain or a pulled muscle?
So I work at a well known fabric store and while it isnt a particularly hard job it can get pretty crazy around the holiday and big sales. The other day I was at the cutting table all by myself during a crazy rush thanks to a co worker calling off last minute. I had a big line with fabrics ranging from big rolls of fleeces to easy bolts of cotton to long, and sometimes heavy rolls of upholstery and vinyl. Im trying to keep up and twisting myself around cutting and putting fabric in carts and carrying other fabrics to whatever table is needed to cut it on due to size while not having a chance to get a drink for over an hour. By the end I started seeing little spots from not drinking and moving so much but luckily a co worker finally came over and we calmed down. Tired and sore all over.
That night into next day I have a sharp pain on right side that seems to be one of the muscles that go from your ab down to the groin. All day long, worst when I walk or bend and at one point I felt like I couldn’t even stand straight.
I’ve had round ligament pain on and off but they felt more like cramps or just sharp jabs that go away after awhile. This doesn’t seem to go away unless I lay down but comes back the moment I try to move again.
What do you guys think? Could I have pulled or strained a muscle from the extra work or just a different sort of rl pain? Is it worth bringing up with the midwife next week when I go in? Will be 22 weeks on Sunday
