Short Luteal Phase
Hi All. I started AF at 10 DPO. I’m not sure if I’ve always had a short luteal phase as this is the first month I confirmed ovulation with OPKs and temping. I’m feeling a little discouraged about the short LP. Anyone else have this issue? Are there any ways to lengthen your LP? Thank you all for the support.
