TCC & working out hard 💪🏼
I feel like this is a silly question but I’ve googled it and have yet to find much of an answer so I figured I reach out here... 🙃🙃
I work out pretty hard.. at least 6 days a week in the mornings. Most days I do minimal cardio and lift different body parts. One day a week I box for 2 hours (NOT contact haha just conditioning and hitting mits). (I used to box and love the sport but hubs won’t allow contact and I agree at my age lol.) I try to throw in hot yoga once a week to my routine.
I also take pre work, I’ve cut down to less than half my old serving though. On the same token I’ve cut my caffeine to one cup of coffee.
We’ve been TTC for 6 months now and I’d finally like to put my Q out there. Is it okay that I’m working out hard, lifting, working my abs, etc when I’m ovulating?? I’m at a healthy BMI and my cycle is very regular. Do you think preworkout needs to be cut out completely? 😬😬 Lifting/working out balances my mind and body haha but has anyone who ‘goes hard’ been told to tone it down to increase your chances of conceiving? It feels funny writing it out, but any experience, advice or educated opinions would be appreciated. 🙃🙃💪🏼
