About 3 weeks ago I had a 14 day period I ended up going to doctors and getting pills 10 days later period starts again.
I’m so fed up always drained and can’t keep myself active just in bed all day in my dark room.
I do self harm and have only yesterday just feeling so down don’t know what to do anymore
