Does anyone else have this issue?

I buy the digital clear blue ovulation tests each month. Each cycle I ovulate on day 12. Its always the same. The box has 3 outcomes, empty circle, blinking happy face, happy face that stays. This helps indicate your most fertile days. But I literally only have 1 fertile day each cycle. Empty circles everyday until day 12 when I get the smiley face that stays. The peak, the ovulation. I don’t get any flashing smiley faces. Am I not actually ovulating? Is this why I can’t get pregnant? Month after month that’s it, just the one day.
