4 weeks 5 days, brown stained tissue?

I am 4 weeks 5 days pregnant, I have previously had 2 chemical pregnancies and a miscarriage back in June, I’ve woken up this morning to this and I know it’s not a lot but I’m already feeling really worried it’s going to end the same way, would you be worried or am I overreacting?

I had this lots with my first pregnancy right through first trimester, please try not stress I know that’s easy for me to say, I went for early scan but I was told it wS everything still settling and plug still building up at that point x

Just don’t over stress! Maybe call your doctor and see if they can work you in if it keeps up!!! Just remain positive and i know it’s hard but you have to keep calm and hopeful for you and your bundle of joy!!!
