13 weeks pregnant..yeast infection

So I’m currently taking amoxicillin because I had a double ear infection along with a really sore throat/cough it’s been about 5 days on the medication already and now I’m having symptoms of a yeast infection I’ve had one before awhile before I was pregnant has anyone had one while pregnant and was treated. I’ve heard fluconazole (diflucan) can cause miscarriage I haven’t talked to a doctor yet but but just wanted to hear of anyone that has been treated safely
