Can labour be on one side?

Woke up to some sharp cramping in my lower right side abdomen/hip, I can't stand or sit through them or breathe and the pain goes to my butt as well, can this be labour? I had no discharge whatsoever, just having bad pains right now, so far I had 3 or 4 of these pains and I woke up at 730, it's 8:30 now. Don't wanna get my hopes up, but also kinda do, but also kinda don't, because I have to be packing and moving into the new house next week and I'm not die til the 29th xD

It wasn't labour, baby is engaged into my pelvic and his head and kicks were causing the pain, kind of like hitting nerves, but all is good now. :)
