Time for change!!
I use to be in amazing shape, ate really healthy and felt great. Last year got pregnant, miscarried, went through some stuff with my now ex husband and life just went to crap. Im ready to get healthy and feel good again. My boyfriend and I just went to the gym and signed up with personal trainers, different ones that mesh well with our individual personalities, and the trainers are also licensed nutritionists. We are both starting a 90 day plan. He's lucky he's got a very physical job so I don't think it's going to take much for him. I normally slim down pretty easy too. His biggest challenge is going to be quitting smoking.
