Tinea Cruris/Jock Itch PLEASE HELP!!

Ok.. So I have been dealing with a fungal infection on my inner thighs, privates and spreads up my butt a little. It's not itchy and doesn't bother me other than how it looks.

It's Brown and sometimes turns a little red and flaky but not very often. It usually just stays a dark brown color.

I looked it up to see how I could get rid of it and they say normal anti fungal creams work but I wanted to see if any of you had experienced this and what you did to cure it. Please help!
