Birth control choices....

Ladies (especially young ladies) I always notice when there is conversation on which birth control method to choose Many of you only mention the shot and the pill. I'm no doctor or expert, but you do know that there is more methods? I myself have tried

1.the shot (I bled too much)

2.the pill ( I was too moody and nauseous from it)

3.the patch (which made my blood pressure go up)

There is also the iud, the nuva ring, the arm implant. Oh yeah and CONDOMS!

currently I am using spermicide which works fine my doctor has recommended it and i think it works fine.
