Yeast infection

So I had symptoms last night but were mild so I didn't think anything of it (only sore vagina and a small burn when I peed) this morning I had sex with my boyfriend BIG MISTAKE and my vagina was burning so bad afterwards and it hurt so bad to pee. I am also spotting a little bit when I wipe and also my butthole is sore (didn't go anal btw) it's been 7 hours since that's happened and my vagina still hurts, burns when I pee and I'm spotting very little. does anyone suggest anything?
