What are you ladies doing to help with back pain?

My back is shot! I can’t even sleep comfortably. Any tricks? All we can take is Tylenol right? With my first pregnancy I never took any medication but this time it’s so bad I have to do something.

Pregnancy pillow, heating pad, massage, and chiropractor were what I needed to get through the back pain in pregnancy.
