10 dpiui no symptoms

Hey! This is our 4th IUI and I feel NOTHING! I’m 10 days post IUI and got for my BETA in 5 days. I haven’t tested because I’m too nervous to see BFN. Was cramping very bad the day of the IUI and a little bit into the following day. Ever since then, I’ve had very light on and off twinges 3-9 days post IUI. I’ve had some constipation, which is a little unusual because I have Crohn’s disease. My boobs don’t feel swollen, heavy or sore AT ALL. Usually my nipples become very sensitive about a week before AF. I had very bad allergies/cold on Sunday (3 days ago) woke up with a very runny nose and was sneezing constantly. Lasted up until 8pmish. Woke up the next morning and felt completely normal.

Anyway, has anyone had no symptoms and still had a BFP? Please share your stories!
