Skin tags on vagina? Should I be worried?

Okay so I have like 3 skin tags right at like the opening of my vagina and some articles I’ve read have said it’s normal others have said it’s Hpv or herpes but they definitely don’t look like warts and aren’t flat at all.... I’m gonna go get it checked out but I’m not sure how worried I should be

If you haven't always had them and you've been sexually active and haven't been tested for STDs you need to get tested immediately. I know people personally who never thought to get tested and all of the sudden "skin tags" appeared and they finally went to the gynecologist after waiting for a long time and had HPV. They had had sex with multiple people before they got tested too so they probably gave it to them and they gave it to other girls. It's so important to get tested if you're sexually active.
