Bedtime snack?

Do you give a bedtime snack to your 22 month old? My daughter sleeps so long at night I like to give her something before bed- avocado, cheese, puffs, etc. What do you give your kiddos before bed? Or do you not give a snack?

my son still drinks milk before bed but I'm trying to wean him off.

We do dinner late I guess, he’s usually still finishing up when we start going upstairs for the night.

Sometimes peanut butter toast, yogurt, granola bar, milk, cheese. Something small but filling. And I don’t do it right before bed, more like before the start of our bedtime routine, then bath, jammies, books ect. We eat dinner fairly early lol.

After dinner, we start the bedtime process. While I read her stories, she drinks milk from a sippy cup. I would say half the times she doesn’t even finish it.
