Ectopic / Methotrexate / Bleading

Plz share the pain level if you had a 2nd dose of Methotrexate shot....

First Shot Sept 28th

I had my second shot last Friday on the 3rd. I have had very minimal brown spotting up until last Saturday.

Today I am now bleeding and this evening more heavier but not extremely bleeding. I’m also having heavy cramping but it is not painful.

I had a sonogram last Friday and the sac was almost completely gone, bust a cyst left and was the same size as it was from my original scan.

Anyone have any thoughts who have had an ectopic?
