Advice...

Hello people! Some what of a long story here and again having to deal with social media. Everyone has their past before their SO; whether it be you hoeing around or not you tell them. So I told my SO about my drunken night story where I kissed a family friend, I don’t remember any of this nor do I see this family friend in that way. But because of this my SO is insecure and does not want me to follow him on Instagram nor any boys who I am friends with whether it be past or current friends. I have to constantly reassure him that I do not seem other men like this and that I only have eyes for him. I guess what I’m asking here is, do I keep constantly reassuring him or should I not follow guys on social media platforms?
