Help with chart and brown spotting
Info- been charting 3 cycles. First time I had this weird dip that last a few days.
Today was cycle day 24. I had light brown bleeding for an hour. Now I have nothing .. just cramps. Haven't had any discharge since this morning. Thoughts based on temp chart and symptoms?
