Period is late, pregnancy test is negative, dental work scheduled for tomorrow...

So my period is late, have never been late except when pregnant. I took a test today and it was negative.

I have major dental work scheduled for tomorrow, I am in pain and would really like to get this handled. I have been TTC for awhile and putting it off but my jaw hurts too much at this point.

I really don’t feel pregnant and I think a test would have been positive by now (my period was due already). Should I go ahead with the dental work or push the procedure back until I get my period?
