When I’m angry, I cry. I can’t help it! So no one takes me seriously... they either start saying oooh you’re soooo cute or laugh at me while I’m really really angry!!!!!

It depends, but I’m honestly super passive aggressive a lot if the time.😔😣 I think it’s because I’m so emotional and I’d just rather be passive because I feel like I’ll have a melt down or blow up and I just want to stay contained. So I just bottle it all up a lot. Trying to work on this I’m therapy actually.

I take some deep breaths and communicate my feelings to whoever I’m angry with.
