Salic acid and Benzol peroxide during pregnancy??

So I just read the Salic acid and benzol peroxide are things you shouldn’t use during pregnancy. I was using neutrogena oil free face wash with 2% salic acid for the longest time even before pregnancy along with the rapid clear 10% benzol peroxide. I found out I was pregnant on 10/5 and I will quit using those today 10/13. Should baby be fine? It says it could cause birth defects so now I’m freaking out considering I won’t be able to see my doctor til 9 weeks to ask.
