NOT asking about pregnancy!

Hey ladies so I stopped taking birth control pills around 3ish months ago. Idk exactly when bc it was mid pack. I have unprotected sex regularly, sometimes he pulls out and sometimes he doesn’t. I remember having a withdrawal bleed but I’m not really sure if I had a period for longer than a day or two. I remember I started bleeding right before I had a minor surgery on my wrist but for some reason I have no clue if it lasted a for a full period length or not (this was around August 7th) My question is not asking if I’m pregnant but I’m wondering if you would you schedule a doctors appointment bc you’re not having a regular period anymore. Or should I wait it out and see if it regulates on it’s own.
