Weight loss/workout routine
I recently have been losing some weight from cutting carbs and soda and such. I’ve been noticing that my stomach is hanging even more now and I’m sorta looking deflated everywhere if that makes sense. I was wondering if any of you guys had some beginner tips on getting rid of my stomach fat and tightening the skin? Also my butt is getting super deflated as well lol I have already been cursed with the inverted V ass so losing weight is making it worse.
Basically I want to start trying to build my butt and get rid of my fat flap of a stomach but I don’t even know where to start. I have a gym membership but I’m clueless of everything so I’d rather do more things at home if I can. Can anyone help a girl out? Thanks so much!!
