Hemorrhoid or Skin tag?!?

Question

I noticed today while grooming after my shower that I have what looks like a skin tag (possibly a hemorrhoid?!) right above my butthole. It’s not painful and if it wasn’t for me seeing it, I would’ve never known. Has anyone had this before or know what it could possibly be?! I have an appt in 3 days, should I mention it to my O.B.?

Same thing from first pregnancy hasn’t gone away and doctor won’t remove as not causing issues. Not ideal but 99% don’t realise it’s there xx
