32 weeks pregnant and same weight I was at 11 weeks, anyone else?

So when I went for my first appointment with the midwife I was 11 weeks pregnant and they took my weight and all there.

I was in hospital a few days ago because of a UTI and I was weighed again Incase they needed my weight to figure out dosage of any drugs and I weighed the same as I did when I was 11 weeks. I have a massive baby bump and baby is coming in a little on the large side and measuring a week ahead so I’m not worried about baby just wondering how this is possible? 🙈
