Can’t get turned on

Okay so I’ve been masturbating for almost a year now and I can not get turned on for the life of me.. I don’t get wet and everything down there just stays the same and I’d assume this is the reason I can’t orgasm? Like I’ll get to a certain point were I’ll get a build of pleasure and then a release that lasts for about 3 seconds but that’s it, everything is still dry as a desert down there.
