Third Netflix profile just showed up?

My friend just had a third Netflix profile show up on her and her husbands account with the name “Kayla” on it. Her husband claims that he has no idea how it got there and deleted it and changed the password but he doesn’t give his passwords to anyone. My friend said even she doesn’t have the password to his account and it’s their Netflix! Any explanation??

She should know. Netflix is really really good at keeping hackers out. Seems like he was probably Netflix and chilling when the girl added her name.

He either gave it to someone or he logged into someone else’s device, forgot to log our, then they added their own profile later. There’s no other way to get into a person’s netflix.

I logged into Netflix one time and all the profile names had been changed and it was in a different language. Pretty sure it was hacked. It's not impossible.
