Can I Try & Explain ?!

So I've been on medicine this month taking it on time and everything . I started the medicine the day my period ended . I threw up last week every morning (Everytime I woke up) for 5 days . Now I bought test because I O'd this week . They have all been positive . My medicine doesn't make me feel sick if that's what someone is going to ask . I BD every night and chance I can because my husband likes to so I say why not . I don't know what to think but I don't have cyst on my ovaries to cause positives . Any help !? No women in my family has a problem TTC but me .
