Discharge?

Is it normal to always kinda have some type of discharge? Like sometimes it will be creamy white other times it’s like clear. And sometimes it has a yellowish tint. And is it normal to have it like stain your undies? Where at like the end of the day you can tell they’ve been “used”?

I’ve been to my gynecologist a lot of times and had tests done due to me having ovarian cysts. And I was always told that everything looks normal. Guess I’m just curious if anyone else gets this? I know everyone is different.
