Ultra Sound?

So today i went and got my ultra sound to hear the heart beat... I’m 8 weeks and 3 days, the nurse that did my ultra sound couldn’t see it on my tummy so she did it transvaginal. Which was no problem. The she said the printers were down so i couldn’t get a picture, she rushed through the ultra sound and told us to take a picture with our phones, my boyfriend whipped his phone out and she moved the wand ever so slightly so the picture wasn’t as good as i could be, then she had us video tape the heartbeat but she only let us do it for 3 seconds and cut it off.... i felt rushed and she barely spoke to me the whole time. I don’t know what to do as i feel unhappy with having her do my ultra sounds throughout my pregnancy, but she’s the only one in the team i have, as it’s the only one my insurance covers. On top of that i can’t even go to a good hospital, as they only attend to the one across the street.... any suggestions? I’m more worried about not getting good pictures and what happens when it comes time to see gender. Thank you in advance... it’s my first pregnancy
