Possible Preeclampsia (I'm just worried)

So I'm 37+3 today and I went in for my NST as usual on Fridays and now I'm nervous. I have gestational diabetes which has been controlled with diet and a low dose of metformin in the evenings. I have had twice weekly NSTs for the last month and they have all come back normal. What worries me is my OB leading on that she is very worried about the fact that for mu last 4 appointments (so for 2 weeks) I have had protein in my urine and my blood pressure has been elevated and today it was way higher than normal (152/93) so she ordered blood work and a 24 hour urine....I just needed to vent and share my worry with some other mamas because my hubby will completely overreact and flip out if I tell him I'm worried. It will worry him much more if I'm worried. Baby is already measuring big and I have my c section scheduled for November 1st but i think they are gonna push that up after my appt on Tuesday. Baby girl is doing great on the NSTs and is constantly moving around even though she is Breech. Im just sitting here thinking about her coming earlier. I swear it's like she knows that she is the last baby so she is giving us a run for our money. With this being baby #5 you would think I would have experienced it all but nope...thanks for listening ladies
