HPV vaccine consequences

So right now there are some pretty big debates about vaccines and their side effects, I'm curious how many couples that are trying to conceive and have had no luck have had the HPV vaccine, my mom recently told me that there is a research that shows the vaccine can cause sterilization, my wife got the shot and my sperms tested fine but we have been trying for almost 2 years and not even a sign of hope after going to fertility Dr and she had a surgery to take care of her uterine septum. I don't want to create any arguments just find some understanding. Thanks!
