Multiple kids sharing a room?

Me & hubby are planning to ttc & have been talking about how many kids we would ideally like to have (in a perfect world, although with pcos & low sperm plus no fertility coverage who knows what will happen)

We also know that housing in our city is very expensive so budget wise we were looking to stick to a 2 bedroom home & the kids would share the master bedroom. (We ideally want 2-3 kids) but are conflicted about room sharing. I grew up in a family where everyone had their own room (even my parents had seperate rooms) where as my hubby grew up sharing one bedroom with his mother, siblings & grandparents. So I'm curious what all of you currently do & think?
