Boyfriend tells me it’s “not his problem”

Would you break up with your boyfriend if when you asked him for help he always says “no, it’s not my problem”. Like about anything. It doesn’t matter what it is he’ll always say that. Like for example the other day I started my period unexpectedly and didn’t have anything for it. I also am out of money because I had to pay some school stuff. So I asked him if he could help me out this one time. All he said was “it’s not my problem”

I just want to clarify that i literally would do anything for this man. If I was up to my last little bit of money and he needed help, I’d do it. His car broke down about 5 months ago and I let him use my car for 3 months while his car was in the shop. Oh and I still paid the car payment and insurance.

I’m just fed up. Obviously this isn’t the only thing he has done that’s made me want to break up with him. If I were to tell you everything, I’d be typing for the next week. Please help me. Give me some ACTUAL advice. And what would you do?
