External bumps on vagina!! I’m scared.

I have recently started to become sexually active. But I’ve been using protected sex. I started out using latex condoms but I’m allergic to latex. So my boyfriend got latex free condoms. But I think I might still be have an allergic reaction from the latex condoms. And also my last period just ended very heavy and rough. Leaving my vagina very raw and itchy. I think that it left me with external bumps but I’m also scared but I could’ve caught an STI or even worse an STD.
