In 2017 anxiety took over and I went from 210 to 165 I felt great seeing the weight loss made me feel better along with other things I gained over 20 of that back and it’s making me feel down I hated being fat can you guys please leave weight loss tips recipes workouts anything it’s killing me that I’m 10 away from being 200 again my goal is 130 then I’m going to gain 10 or more of that in BOOTY
