Question about parenting

I met this new friend, her sister in law has a two month old baby. (The sister in law told me she’ll be 3 months next month, when I’m due) anyway she tells me she puts rice in her formula and has for weeks now, she also showed me a picture of her two month old in one of those saucer bouncers where she is sitting up. I’m kinda concerned because isn’t that young? Should I do anything, I’m not even sure if I should say anything or speak up to her. Again this is a new friend and it’s her sister in law whose parenting I’m questioning. I am assuming she is younger than me and I’m 28.
