Ttc/pregnancy after Mc

Any advice or comments on ttc/pregnancy after having a Mc? After 14 weeks of NO SEX “I was one of those (let’s not hurt the baby)” and I FINALLY stopped bleeding after 2 1/2 weeks from my missed miscarriage at 11 weeks🤗 So it is baby making time 💞✨ I’ve decided I’m ONLY tracking the dates we BD and will ONLY buy a test after a month of no AF. My doctor said when I conceive I’ll be put on baby aspirin and another pill (taken vaginal) until the placenta takes over. Any experience with these medications? Or anything mamas did post MC to help the new pregnancy?
