So me and my best guy friend have fallen for one another. It’s evident. We talk everyday and tell each other everything. I was in an abusive relationship for two years before I met him and this is my first time really feeling accepted by a guy. He knows my bad and I know his. He tells me how beautiful I am all the time. The problem is we are in our last year of college and he plans to leave the state once we graduate to build his business he’s always dreamt of. He knows I support him in every way. We both work and are in extra circulars currently in addition to school and are very busy. He tells me he wants to stay best friends for now and maybe one day we can be dating. But he is scared if we get serious it will be hard to separate in 7 months. Not to mention he is a virgin and I’d be his first. We’ve never had sex but have definitely been intimate before. What should I do? Keep trying to convince him or just maintain the friendship?
