MIL trouble...

So I am 22 weeks pregnant with my husband and I’s first baby ❤️ he is military, we are currently stationed close to my parents. My mom and I have always been super close so it’s nice having her here during my first pregnancy. My husbands mom lives a few states away. She is the mom that will call my husband over and over if she doesn’t talk to him at least once a day. I love his mom she is super sweet but she is kind of overbearing and if you tell her you don’t like an idea she has or don’t agree with the things she likes she will make you feel horrible and get super defensive🙄. BUT lately she has been driving me absolutely crazy (pregnancy hormones) but after talking with my husband I feel like it might be me that needs to chill out. She came up for the gender reveal a few weeks ago and while she was here we went baby clothes shopping. I very quickly found out that we have completely different tastes in clothes and overall design ideas for the nursery. They left and went back home and a few days later she send me a message saying she bought a rocker and a nightstand for the nursery as well as a dress from a thrift store. (I already have an idea for the nursery and how I want everything set up, I put the things I prefer on my registry.) Now I am not one to be picky when it comes to thrift stores (I actually prefer them) but when it comes to my baby girl and when she is so small I want to make sure that the clothes she wears aren’t going to somehow make her sick. I already have a rocker picked out and it is on my registry. The one she picked out is all wood kind of like the one you see out on a front porch. It is cute and I would love to fix it up and put it on the front porch but with how often I will be sitting in the nursery rocker I don’t think an all wood rocker would benefit me. ANYWAYS.... I told my husband and he said he would talk to her about not buying anything unless she asks so she isn’t wasting her money. SO my question is... am I being a bitch or reasonable?
