Moving States and pregnant!!!

So I have a question has anyone moved states while pregnant and on Medicaid? I live in Texas currently and moving in February back to my home state in Colorado. I will be about 6months pregnant. Im worried that switching my insurance over to Medicaid will be a nightmare and I'll be pretty far along and don't want to be without insurance in case somthing happens. Has anyone done this and was it hard? easy? what did u have to do? how long did it take to switch everything? Thank you!!
