Does anyone know how to get the Instagram stories music feature?

I have it on 2 of my accounts, but my third one (the only one I want to use it on) does not have it. App is up to date, I have tried siging in on different devices and it does not work. I tried creating a story on one account with music and then save it to upload on my other account, but I can't save it since it contains music. Anyone know how to get that feauture on my other account? Or some way around this to where I can save it or something? I'm going crazy over here!
