Do you have a food allergy?

Question

If you feel comfortable doing so, can you say what food(s) you are allergic to, the severity, and which country you were born in. 
Also, this probably sounds like trying to collect data for an assignment or something lol. I promise I’m not. I’m just curious.

Coconut - migraine
Mango - migraine
Penicillin - hives
Amoxicillin - hives
Gluten - intolerance

Cow and buffalo dairy, raw, cooked, or cultured. Hives with pain and itching, burning on/in mouth and throat.
Pineapples. Burning and raised red rash  wherever it touches, mouth, skin, throat
Kiwi. Same symptoms as pineapples. 
Sensitivity to foods high in salicylates, related to an aspiring allergy.

Certain types of fish. My throat swells up and it’s hard to breathe. If I touch it, then rub my eye, my duct swells up. It looks so odd and itches horribly.

Celiac Disease, not an allergy or intolerance. It’s an autoimmune disorder that makes it so my body attacks itself when there’s gluten in my system. I’m a super sensitive celiac, I usually end up in the ER multiple times a year. 
I have an allergy to oatmeal, I can eat it just fine but I can’t use it on my skin. 
Lactose intolerant
I’m kinda meat intolerant? I know that’s not really a thing but it’s too harsh for my body to break down due to the celiac so it just causes pain when I do eat it.
