I was molested as a kid. Should I say something?

When I was 4-6, I was molested by my mom’s boyfriend’s son. He was in high school.

My mom’s boyfriend also had a younger brother that was disabled and my age. He molested him as well. He typically molested us together.

He just touched my crotch. I never was forced to touch him or saw his penis. He often hid under my bed at night. I think he wanted to do other things to me, but lacked the courage. Eventually he’d just crawl out and go back to his room. And I’m very thankful it never escalated. I was never scared. I honestly didn’t even know it was bad because, truthfully, it felt good. I thought he was tickling me (but really my nerves were just having a reaction and I didn’t know better) I even remember asking him once to “Tickle me!” One time the younger son and I were being molested on the couch in the living room while my mom and her boyfriend were making dinner. I ran into the kitchen and said “(the older son) was tickling my pee-pee!” and laughed. I remember mom’s boyfriend yelling at the older son and the son saying he never did that. I also have a memory of my mom taking me to the doctor and the doctor looking at my crotch. I’m not too sure if it was a regular physical exam or if she was checking to see if I was molested. Either way, she’s never said anything to me about it.

I never saw him again after my mom broke up with his dad. It’s been 17 years since he’s molested me. I didn’t even realize something bad happened to me until I was in middle school.

I did hear from my mom that the man who molested me is married with two daughters. This is where I feel conflicted. He has two daughters...could he be doing the same thing to them? He was a minor (Or partially a minor, partially an adult) when it was happening...it’s been so long...I feel like I couldn’t even do anything. Maybe report it to the police but there’s no evidence? It’s just he said, she said. Can I do something? And should I?
